CatShirt.Shop is a print-on-demand store operated from Canada, offering custom-designed products fulfilled through our third-party partner, Printful. All orders are processed and shipped by Printful in accordance with their policies, which we incorporate by reference where applicable.

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that they are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return Policy (see Section 7).

3.2 Order Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. Production and shipping times may vary and are subject to Printful’s policies and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by Printful, shipping carriers, or factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).

3.3 Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.4 Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a refund for any payments made.

4. Shipping

Shipping is currently only available in the United States. Shipping is handled by Printful or its designated carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. 5. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect personal information, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details, when you place an order or opt into our marketing communications. This information is used to process your orders, communicate with you, and, if you opt in, send promotional materials. We share necessary data with Printful to fulfill your orders. 6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on the Site are owned by CatShirt.Shop or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of purchased products.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Printful’s policies, which we adopt as our own. Generally:

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please use Printful's Contact Instructions within [e.g., 30 days] of delivery to initiate a return.Custom products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed by Printful.
Items are non-returnable due to buyer's remorse or errors made by the consumer during the ordering process, including but not limited to incorrect size, color, or shipping location. Please see section 4 for available shipping locations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CatShirt.Shop and its affiliates, including Printful, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of British Columbia.
